Nokia is reportedly working on its new Android smartphone to enter the smartphone market again, which is dubbed as Nokia N73 Rebirth .

The Nokia N73 Rebith concept phone has been spotted online, which is designed by DeviantArt. To refresh the the memories, the older Nokia N73 was released way back in 2006.

Last year, purported Nokia C1 with Android operating system was spotted online, but hasn't gone official yet.

If you look at the concept image, it seems to have a large display with thin bezels, a rear camera module placed in the middle of the back panel with dual-tone LED flashlight, Dual SIM card, SD card tray, metal trim, capacitive backlit buttons with colored panels, and a physical home button just below the display. The brand name - Nokia – is printed on the back panel.

As per rumors, the Nokia N73 Rebirth may come with a 5.5-inch 2K display and the Snapdragon 820 processor along with 4GB of RAM. The smartphone is expected to have Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and a 3,500 mAh battery. Further, this smartphone might flaunt a 20-megapixel PureView snapper on the back and a 8-megapixel front-facing shooter.

Ofcourse, this is just a concept art and till Nokia acknowledges it, you should take it as a pinch of salt.

Nokia has lost it's charm long time back, whatever it does will not attract the customers now :-/ :-/,it was just the top company having sad ending, still don't understand why they gave importance to their own Ovi store and Symbian OS rather than taking up Android,if they had opted for Android at that time still they would have been top smartphone makers in today's time :(

Wasn't the smartphone department of Nokia bought and rebranded as Microsoft?

Yes but the agreement was that Microsoft will be replacing the name Nokia on all handsets and all the new handsets that will be produced by Microsoft would be with Microsoft branding, but that agreement was valid till 2015 end,now Nokia is again free to enter the smartphone market
