Cricket is going to be different from today onwards with few very interesting rule changes.

1. Two balls will be used per innings with one at each end (meaning no ball change after 34th over)
2. No runners (hamstring? get out)
3. Bowlers can ran out batsmen before full delivery swing at non-striker end (yes! its back... this rule is back)
4. If batsmen intentionally covering the stumps from fielder view while running, then he can be given out
:)

New rules in international cricket effective from Oct 1

While the total number of powerplay overs remains at 20 per innings
reaming 10 overs should b taken bw 16th n 40th over
This restriction will not apply for reduced innings of scheduled duration of less than 40 overs

a batsman can now be adjudged out for obstructing the field (all three formats)

A runner will not be allowed any more across three formats

Bowlers will now be able to attempt to run out non-striker before delivery.

No runner rule should be applicable for tired batsman because it seems sometime that batsman misused thats rule.but no runner in all condition is againts for the player and humanity also.
