It might be better to use an " USB to Serial Port RS232 Converter Cable" to connect it to your laptop.

i need driver for usb to rs 232 any body have drivers for same if yes plz. provide me link to download same

Just google about it.You will find the drivers for the same.I think drivers mayn't be needed as there might be drivers pre-installed by Windows in ur pc.If there isn't,then search for the required drivers online.
