New Delhi:The Supreme Court on Thursday declined to hear Cricket Association of Bihar's plea to stop BCCI president-in-exile N. Srinivasan from participating in International Cricket Council elections scheduled on June 27. Srinivasan is set to become the first chairman of the new-look ICC.

The CAB lawyer told court that Srinivasan had given an undertaking he will not act as BCCI chief till probe into IPL over was over. The lawyer said Srinivasan should not represent at the ICC.

The Supreme Court said: "There is no conflict and our order is clear" and declined to hear the plea. Srinivasan is among 13 persons under investigation for corruption in IPL 2013.

Srini until or otherwise found to be guilty cant be stopped from taking top Jobs other than BCCI, BCCI too once he comes clean he can take over the job he left.

We cant keep stopping a big person just for the reason he is big and others find it jealous.
