  • Myntra, a fashion e-commerce platform owned by Walmart’s Flipkart, is penalizing users who return items too often.
  • Analysts say online sellers are curbing returns to save on costs but may push away loyal customers.
 
There should be a monthly quota of free returns for Flipkart Plus or Myntra Insider users. Also Myntra and other clothing sites runs on returns. People will be anxious to buy anything worrying about colour and size. Good move for Flipkart. Terrible one for Myntra.
 
Amazon offers complete refund without need for returning the product in case of certain issues with low value items. Flipkart is not customer centric, their prices are lower but you are in trouble if there is something wrong with your delivered order.
 
This will push customer to go offline specially in fashion segment.

There are people who wear the clothes for some occasion and next day return the clothes citing 1 or the other reason.This has to be curbed.Though this is going to create scepticism among the genuine buyers who find clothes not fit to wear due clothes being not of correct size or different colour.
 
My return pickup of ear buds was completed on April 10th and today got.mail like the fullfilment center recieved different product and the refuns is rejected.

Chatted and called to CC several times today arguing what happens after return is pickedup is not in customer hands.

Still they didn't agree for refund. Item cost is 4K 🙄🙄

Anything our forum can help it?

Sent mail to all the email ids available on the web/twitter. Got call today mentioning they are investigating the incident(needs 5 days time), lets see.. whether it is for namesake or real follow-up
