My 1st Gen Moto G got Lollipop Update today (23/Jan/2015)

The setup was about 356.5 MB and it took 55 Minutes to download in my low bandwidth connection. Will update the features later. The installation takes about 15 minutes and there is a warning like "You can't make or receive calls during this period of installation".

Nope, I don't have any issues. In fact, I feel it's much faster now due to ART.
