MTNL Mumbai has updated the pre-FUP speeds for their plans

MTNL increased the pre-FUP speeds:
Valid till 30 September 2017..

Minimum speed is now 6 Mbps. Post FUP is still 1 Mbps however!

Sir they have not increase the speed for all customer still work in process gradually they will increase speed in batches as per cc. They have published this in their website almost 10days before but still many customer not getting benefits and one of them is me.

Oh I didn't notice it. I was wondering how I was getting 10-11 Mbps speed on my 8 Mbps connection. I thought they wrongly changed my link speed.
