In a strong reply to Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Monday said that India has never set any condition for dialogues but has only tried to strengthen ties, “but in return has got Pathankot, Uri, Bahadur Ali”.
Without mentioning Pakistan, Swaraj said countries have to come together to fight the scourge of terrorism, if some country is not willing then it must be isolated. She also asserted that terrorism is the biggest violation of human rights.
Referring to the recent attacks in Valley, Swaraj said Kashmir is an integral part of India and Pakistan must stop dreaming about it. In an indirect reference to Balochistan, Swaraj said those who live in glass house should not throw stones at others.
Earlier, outlining India’s focus for the UN General Assembly session, New Delhi’s envoy to the UN Syed Akbaruddin said terrorism is the primary concern for India as well as for nations across the world. External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Vikas Swarup also said that one can also expect a continued focus from India on the theme of terrorism which is today undoubtedly the single biggest challenge to international peace and security.
Exercising the Right of Reply to Sharif’s tirade about the Kashmir, First Secretary in the Permanent Mission of India to the UN Eenam Gambhir had said that the worst violation of human rights is terrorism. She said Pakistan is home to the ‘Ivy League of Terrorism’ and a terrorist state that commits war crimes by using terrorism as an instrument of state policy.

RE: Ms. Swaraj :‘Kashmir an integral part of India, Pakistan must stop dreaming about it

12 important points made by Sushma Swaraj at UNGA :

  • Sushma Swaraj speaks about rights of homosexuals sanitation and gender equality.

  • Today the biggest challenge all of us face is the poverty prevalent in all corners of the world

  • A year has passed since I stood at this hallowed podium to address members of the international community, so much has changed since then

  • Sanitation is also a big issue, and we have started ‘Swacch Bharat Abhiyan’ under which 4 lakh toilets are built in 2 lakh schools

  • I am very thankful to the UN for its tremendous support for International Yoga day

  • We all have to come together to fight the scourge of terrorism, if some country is not willing then it must be isolated

  • Who finances terror and terrorists? Same question was raised by Afghanistan on this very platform few days back

  • What conditions is Pakistan talking about…our prime minister went to Lahore to wish Nawaz Sharif on his birthday…it was not on any condition:

  • We have always taken step towards friendship..but what have we got Pathankot, Uri

  • Kashmir is an integral part of India and Pakistan must stop dreaming of taking it away from us

  • Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones at others

  • Those who seed extremist ideologies, reap a bitter harvest. This germ of evil has grown into a hydra-headed monster

Thanks Bangladesh and Afghanistan for side india against terrorism.afghanistan showing now he want peace.sad only pakistan not want.

Ek aur bhashan. Terrorists will either get afraid or become saint looks like. Daily ek bhashan is a must for terrifying Pakistan and it's terrorists. :)
