Motorola started Android 5.1 (Lollipop) soak test for Moto X (2nd Gen) last month in Brazil. It started Android 5.1 soak tests in France and Germany for the Moto X (1st) gen last week. Now, Motorola’s Senior Director of Software Product Management, David Schuster has announced that the soak tests has been expanded to several countries.
Moto X (2nd Gen) Android 5.1 soak test is now available in Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Singapore and Sweden, while the soak test for Moto X (1st Gen) is available in Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and United Arab Emirates.
The final Android 5.1 roll out for both these smartphones are expected to roll out globally starting from next week.
