NEW DELHI: Moto E, the smartphone that redefined the budget smartphone market earlier this year by offering competitive
features at a low price, was recently relegated to the sidelines with the launch of models like
Xiaomi Redmi 1S and Google's Android One phones. However, the Motorola smartphone has been given a price cut, thus positioning it better against its chief rivals.
Flipkart, which is the exclusive retailer of Motorola products in India, has announced via a tweet that the price of Moto E
smartphone has been reduced from Rs 6,999 to Rs 6,299.
Although the tweet mentioned that this offer is valid only for a limited period, the time period has not been revealed.
Flipkart in its Big Billion Sale had reduced the price of Moto E to Rs 5,499. http://m.timesofindia.com/tech/tech-news/Moto-E-gets-a-price-cut-now-costs-Rs-6299/articleshow/44869144.cms
