Mobile Help - Very Urgent

Hello Friends suggest me the best phone of the day according to you with its pros and cons.. according to you guys which is the best for the day..

My BUDGET is around 8-11k INR. And my preferred brands are Nokia, Samsung, Sony No others...

My necessary requirements are:
1. Minimum 5MP Camera.
2. Best Wifi- Connectivity
3. Non-Buggy
4. How many apps can be install without hanging?
5. Would be an advantage is it supports High Graphics Games like ( ASPHALT, FIFA'S GAMES, N.O.V.A. and many more..)
6. Screen size should be 4inches and above.

Please please please reply back ASAP.. It is really really urgent.. If you will help me god will bless you.. please help...

Your budget is low buddy...Dont go for a samsung device in low budget

If 28k+ then can go for samsung

Nokia Lumia 520 Is Sooo Popular right now at that price range but I cant say if it lags or not and It's Windows Phone so dont expect all popular apps in android will be available in windows

Why not a Micromax Device?
