If anyone is using windows 10 built in antivirus..then It is better to download Malwarebytes and install....you can use Windows defender as your primary antivirus and Malwarebytes as on-demand scanner....

Microsoft safety scanner is old and it doesn't support windows 10 officially also it is valid only for 10 days..

System Requirements of MS Safety scanner

• Operating System: Windows 7; Windows Server 2003; Windows Vista; Windows XP.
• A PC with a CPU clock speed of 500 MHz or higher, and 256 MB RAM or higher.
• VGA display of 800 × 600 or higher.
