Micromax has today launched an affordable smartphone called the Bolt Selfie . As the name suggests, the smartphone’s highlight includes a 5-megapixel selfie camera up front with a LED flash. The smartphone is available exclusively via Flipkart with a price tag of Rs 4,999, and it also comes with 4G connectivity.

The 5-megapixel camera up front comes with a LED flash, as well as Beauty mode. There are also gesture controls for the camera. At the back, the Bolt Selfie smartphone features a 5-megapixel camera as well.

Micromax Bolt Selfie specifications, features :

It features a 4.5-inch FWVGA (854×480 pixels) display, and under the hood is a 1GHz MT6735 quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. There is 8GB storage onboard, which can be further expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card.

The Bolt Selfie is equipped with a 1,750mAh battery, which the company claims is good enough to give up to 18 hours of talktime and up to 260 hours on standby mode. On the connectivity front, the smartphone comes with 4G LTE support, dual-SIM card slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and on the software front, it runs on Android Lollipop 5.1.

At this price rage, the Micromax Bolt Selfie will face competition from the likes of Intex Cloud Fame, Phicomm Clue 630 and InFocus Bingo 10 . While the Bolt Selfie is priced at Rs 4,999, the Intex Cloud Fame is priced at Rs 3,999, and the Phicomm Clue 630 and InFocus Bingo 10 are priced at Rs 4,299. These smartphones not only offer slightly better specifications, but the Intex Cloud Fame and InFocus Bingo 10 also run on Android Marshmallow 6.0.
