Micromax's latest budget Android 4.4
KitKat-based smartphone, dubbed the
Micromax Bolt Q324, is now available
through an online retailer for Rs. 3,990.
Last month, Mumbai-based established
retailer had tipped the launch of the
smartphone at the same price, but didn't
give out all specifications. Micromax has
now also listed the Bolt Q324 on its
website, but hasn't detailed any official
price for it.

The dual-SIM Micromax Bolt Q324 runs
Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box an
features a 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels)
display. The smartphone is powered by
1.2GHz quad-core (unknown chipset)
processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. I
comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage, which
is further expandable via microSD card
(up to 32GB).

The Micromax Bolt Q324 sports a 2-
megapixel fixed-focus rear camera with
LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel front
camera. On the connectivity front, the
smartphone offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-
Fi 802.11 b/g/n, A-GPS, Micro-USB, an
Bluetooth options.

The handset packs an 1450mAh battery,
which according to the official listing is
rated to deliver up to 7 hours of talk time
and up to 279 hours of standby time.
The Micromax Bolt Q324 is available via
eBay.

Earlier this month, Micromax launched it
first Android 5.0 Lollipop OS-based
handset in India - the Canvas Fire 4 - at
Rs. 6,999. The Micromax Canvas Fire 4
features a 4.5-inch FWVGA (480x854
pixels) resolution display with Corning
Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The handset i
powered by an unspecified 1.3GHz quad
core processor, coupled with 1GB of RA
The smartphone also houses an 8-
megapixel rear and a 2-megapixel front-
facing camera. It is backed by a
2000mAh battery.
