Post COVID lockdown, lots of people are preferring own vehicles to come to office. And I was asked to report back to office from last year.

I have Maruti XL6 which was used for office commute and was spending 450 bucks for one day, also was facing harsh traffic situation in Hyderabad due to its huge size.

So for some time, I was exploring EVs and checked Tiago and Comet but had to drop Tata because of bad experience during test drive.

I have taken MG Comet mid variant with fast charging which gives 180 kms for 1 charge and comes with all basic features one need for regular and routine commute.

I didn't own Tiago EV but one of my colleague, he had multiple BMS failure where car will not move and had to tow to service centre. This happened twice in one year, then tried checking team bhp reviews and came to know that it's a common problem with Tata EVs.

I was looking to buy a Tata EV for my hometown because they were cheap.
Guess I'll look for alternatives then..

If you don't like Comet then try Citreon EC3, it's good car but have to extend budget. I went with Comet as I was looking for easy and reliable commute.

Nearest showroom and service centre are in another district..
