Low quality video for Amazon prime in Thomson smart tv

I have Thomson B9pro with me, and I'm having a terrible issue with Amazon prime videos. I have set the quality to the max still, it is not great. The best quality shows data usage of only 460mbs/hour which seems very odd.

Is there any workaround to get this fixed, like any specific apk that can stream very high-quality videos. Netflix, Zee prime, youtube, Jio Cinema, Hotstar all gives me the best output.

Tried custom version from Aptoide but can't play any movies. Only Trailers work that too in excellent quality. .Upon checking fo0und that even after registering the device, it is not getting updated in my profile, nor the Membership section of the app shows it. Suggestions much appreciated.
