Looking for CDMA + GSM Touch Screen Phone

I am looking for CDMA + GSM touchscreen or only CDMA Touchscreen Phone, pls anyone do suggest me a good phone, does samsung have cdma phones, my budget max upto 12000.

There are very few phones in this category.I think there are Samsung phones that supports CDMA coz my Samsung phone supports CDMA.

I'm using an old Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830i smartphone.
Nowadays all manufacters are using GSM network technology rather than CDMA technology.So CDMA smartphones are rare and also bit old. :tup
