As a part of company's refreshed price
strategy, LG has dropped the price of tw
of its mid-segment smartphones, the LG
L Bello and LG L Fino, to Rs. 13,250 an
Rs. 10,700 respectively. At the time of
launch last year, L Bello was priced at Rs.
18,500, while L Fino was priced at Rs.
14,500. The new prices are not yet
reflecting on the company's India site.
LG says that with the new price tag, it
will be delivering 'premium quality
products' at a budget price to a wider
user segment. "With a refreshed price
strategy, we are now offering L Bello an
L Fino smartphones, to a wider range of
consumer segment, for increasing the
adoption of premium design and
consumer experiences derived by LG on
even mid-segment smartphones," said
Amit Gujral, Marketing Head, LG Mobiles
India in a statement.
Launched in India in September, the
dual-SIM supporting LG L Bello features
a 5-inch FWVGA (480x854 pixels) IPS
LCD display. The Android 4.4 KitKat-
based handset is powered by a 1.3GHz
quad-core processor paired with 1GB of
RAM. It also features 8GB of inbuilt
storage with expandable storage up to
32GB via microSD cards. Furthermore, a
8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with
LED flash along with a 1-megapixel
front-facing camera are also onboard. A
2540mAh battery backs the 3G-enabled
LG L Bello.

The dual-SIM supporting LG L Fino,
which was launched in October last year
features a 4.5-inch WVGA (480x800
pixels) IPS display offering a pixel
density of 207ppi; a 1.2GHz quad-core
processor; 1GB of RAM; 4GB of inbuilt
storage with expandability via microSD
card (up to 32GB); an 8-megapixel rear
camera; a 0.3-megapixel front camera;
1900mAh battery, and 3G support.
