Lenovo is hosting an event on Thursday where the company is expected to announce the recently launched Yoga Tablet 2 series in India.

However, Flipkart, which had already teased the exclusive launch of new Yoga Tablet 2 series, has spilled the beans ahead of the official launch and listed the Android variants of the newly-introduced tablets with India pricing.

All the three Yoga Tablet 2 series devices (including the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro) have been listed as 'out of stock' on Flipkart currently. The listings were first spotted by AndroidOS, and notably, Flipkart incorrectly lists the 13-inch Yoga Tablet 2 Pro as the Yoga Tablet 2 13-inch.

The Yoga Tablet 2 series comes in 3 different screen sizes, with the 8-inch (1920x1200 pixel) variant listed at Rs. 20,990; the 10-inch (1920x1200 pixel) variant at Rs. 28,991, and the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro with a 13-inch (2560x1440 pixel) display priced at Rs. 47,990. All the three tablets run Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box.

Notably, Lenovo launched the new Yoga Tablet 2 series earlier this month. The Yoga Tablet 2 8-inch and 10-inch models include quad-core Intel Atom Z3745 Processor (1.86GHz) processors; 2GB of RAM; an 8-megapixel rear camera; a 1.6-megapixel front camera, and 16GB or 32GB of internal storage with microSD support (up to 64GB).

The Flipkart listing suggests that the 8-inch and 10-inch Yoga Tablet 2 series packs 6400mAh battery, while the 13-inch include a 9600mAh battery.

However, Lenovo at the global launch had revealed that the 8-inch variant come with 2-cell 6400mAh Li-Cylindrical batteries, the 10-inch variant features a 3-cell 9600mAh Li-Cylindrical batteries. The 13-inch Yoga Tablet 2 Pro also features the same 9600mAh battery as the 10-inch tablet one.

The 13-inch Yoga Tablet 2 Pro features a QHD (2560x1440 pixels) display; quad-core Intel Atom Z3745 Processor (1.86GHz, 2MB cache) processor; 2GB of RAM; an 8-megapixel rear camera; a 1.6-megapixel front camera; 32GB internal storage with microSD card expansion (up to 64GB).

We can expect changes in the prices of the three Yoga Tablet 2 series devices currently listed on Flipkart considering that these are pre-launch prices.
