Lenovo become the most used Chinese mobile brand in India follow by itel, Gionee: CMR

Chinese device maker Lenovo has emerged as the top Chinese mobile handset brand that India is using, according to a CMR report. Lenovo is followed by itel , Gionee , Xiaomi and Oppo in the order of ranking.

The data collected as of March 2017 for the installed base of mobile handsets in India depicted the usage of top 3 Chinese mobile brands in different states where Lenovo is the most preferred brand in 7 states followed by itel in 6 states and Gionee in 5 states.

However, itel is the second most preferred brand in 3 states and third most preferred brand in 2 states. In states including Mahrashtra, Delhi, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, Lenovo has a lead over other brands.
