Chinese consumer electronics company Lenovo is planning to launch an affordable 4G smartphone in India soon.

The Economic Times , citing company insiders, has claimed that Lenovo would release an entry-level 4G smartphone A2010 in India that will be priced below Rs 5,000.

The Lenovo A2010 was unveiled in Vietnam early this month for 1,690,000 Vietnamese Dong (around $77/€69/Rs 4,980). It features a 4.5 inch FWVGA TFT screen and runs on the Android Lollipop OS powered by a 64-bit class MediaTek processor, has 1GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory and a 2000 mAh battery.
