Seeking Help keypad phone can be hacked?

Last night at 2:30 a.m some one make account on telegram using my father's phone number....last month someone make whatsapp account which was recovered by me after 7 days.
My father uses nokia 105 keypad phone

It's not the phone issue. I think someone cloned your sim or have access to your messages.
