Karaoke Recorder/Player for Windows 7

Dear friends,

I am searching for a software which can record karaoke and also play songs. I am not able to find popular software through google searches. So, please help me. Please ensure to give a safer one since I have to install on my official laptop.

There are android apps available. So I expect the same for Windows 7 too will be available.

Sadiq Bro, I don't think there are any proper app available. But there's a workaround for you.
Solution 1
1. Right click the sound icon in taskbar click recording device
2. Select microphone from list and click properties
3. Go to listen tab and check listen to this device click apply
You will be able to listen whatever you say on microphone via speakers 
4. Play any Karaoke song via wmp or vlc and sing along 
you will get both the audio (song and mic voice) via speakers
For Recording 
You can record microphone audio via inbuilt Microsoft voice recorder and then later mix with the song using audio editing software or alternatively you can record both audio simultaneously (Read tutorial)

you said that there are android apps available. So, you can download Bluestacks and run android apps on windows 7
