I hope Australia regains the wins in England and South Africa under him and I hope he develops new batsman under him. Steven Smith is past his prime and Australia needs two-three good all format players. Current crop of fast bowlers can sustain another fast years with good rotation. I hope Boland and Richardson are used properly.
