Jionet Wifi hotspot,unable to connect

Hi I am using jio prepaid on samsung J7. In my office it shows that i am in Jio wifi hotspot range. However, when i try to connect it just keeps on saying trying to authenticate with the server. 

Can someone help me out with an solution

go to wifi settings and then select the wifi u are trying to connect and click on forget after a long press on the wifi ap name. 
then try reconnecting it
