1) Remember to turn it off and on once a week or couple of days. It is not the DPI, it is their router

2) Get another good router with openwrt support and attach it to Jio router and use it

3) Remember to report fault using the MyJio app and learn to chat via MyJio app and simultaneously talk to Jiocare on Twitter

First 1) is key

I think their router lag after a few days

I have never had 1 problem

At first everyone told me about vpn blocks, then I made a complaint on pm portal and after two months they unblocked all vpn. I just simply asked them why are they blocking something that the government didn't ask them to and that it's accessable on every other network

Now, I use vpn 247 and any vpn works and I have had no issue ever

The technician will come in a few hours if you know how to make a proper complaint and go on Twitter etc

Thank you

Also, use pin and reset the router and configure it in the myJio app at least once a year because they update their firmware and I notice everything is smoother once it's all reset.

Its automatic so you don't have to manually configure anything except wifi username and password from the MyJio app
