Yes its legal in India but only Indian Version that is not all features will be the same as other International versions.

Yes it's legal everywhere when it's available ... They have restricted channels access According to the countries , So it's legal and official , No doubt on it ... Trusted too
Also Ditto TV , Only these two are since long time .. whereas Airtel TV n Jio TV Joined the race , but these are by network operators ...
