Seeking Help Is there any video player with live captioning support?

It's not safe to use headphones at public places. Be it at metro, buses or even while sitting at park. I am imagining a scenario when somebody sends me an important video. But it's not audible. Is there any app available on play store or xda that supports this live captioning?

I can't seem to find the app myself as the terms I search. Something else shows up. Please help me find an app that supports live captioning.
