Is Fire tv 4k stick also restricting bandwidth during lockdown, nothing playing in 4k from few days

I have fire tv 4k with lg 4k tv with hdcp 2.2

Checking if any other fire tv 4k Users also experiencing same issue, may be due to restrictions placed on bandwidth on ott providers during lockdown

Till few days ago 4k content was playing in 4k absolutely fine.

But from 3-4 days, maximum its playing any 4k prime video content in 1080p only

1. My tv is 4k hdcp 2.2
2. Resolution selected as 2160p on fire tv 4k stick
3. Net test result ran on fire tv 4k, shows above 50 mbps (fire tv 4k requires 15 mbps min for 4k content to play 2160p)
4. And it was working fine till few days ago

Yes on Prime Video the content is achieving maximum of 1080p on Fire Stick 4k, although on Netflix content is going upto 2160p
 
Not only in firestick, it seems prime video restricted resolution 1080p for all devices. In my sony tv also 4k content is coming in 1080p only.
 
not all titles are back I think. I can see Upload is back in 4K. Most regional films which were in 4K before are not 4K now
