Cricket Ireland: May 21, 2013 - Cricket Ireland have teamed up with Google via YouTube Live to broadcast both matches in the RSA Insurance ODI Series against Pakistan this week.

In a first for Irish cricket, both games will be live streamed across the globe via the Cricket Ireland TV channel on YouTube with Quipu TV providing the production for both of the games. This mean cricket fans from right across the world will be able to log on to the Cricket Ireland TV channel on YouTube and watch every ball as it happens from Clontarf.

Cricket Ireland Chief Executive Warren Deutrom said: "This is fantastic news for fans of both countries who aren't able to attend the game. We're extremely grateful for the support of the ICC Development Programme who have made this initiative possible, and also to Quipu TV for providing the coverage."

In a further boost, Cricket Ireland have teamed up with LED Sports Europe to have a giant screen in place for both of the matches - only the second time such a screen has been present at a cricket match in Ireland.

The 50 metre square giant screen will provide fans at the ground with an added dimension at both games - the screen will utilise CricHQ's cutting edge live scoring technology to also act as a second scoreboard at Clontarf.

Cricket Ireland Marketing Manager Andrew Leonard said: "To get the big screen confirmed for both of the RSA Insurance ODI Series matches against Pakistan is super news for all cricket fans. I’ve no doubt it will add hugely to the experience for all the fans on Thursday and Sunday at Clontarf."

Tickets sales for both games have been very strong, with the "house full" signs close to being put up for Sunday's fixture and record crowds set for an Ireland v Pakistan fiture here in Ireland. Cricket Ireland is encouraging all Ireland and Pakistan fans to purchase their tickets in advance via Ticketmaster to avoid disappointment on the day - limited tickets are still available at http://www.ticketmaster.ie

Match notes:
Rain stopped play: 41/1 off 13.3 overs, no overs lost
Rain stopped play: 87/1 off 22.4 overs, no overs lost
Rain stopped play: 120/1 off 30.4 overs, 3 overs lost
