How can they hold csk vs rr in jaipur?? It's csk's home match. RR vs CSK reverse fixture has already taken place in Guwahati. Not sure why chennai is not available. Might be due to monsoon or prepration for playoffs

They could have scheduled double headers on both Saturdays so that the final could have been played on Sunday, June 1st.
An IPL final in the middle of the week just doesn't give the vibe (especially if RCB is in the final — I won’t be able to focus on work that day!). Also, the chances of rain increase as the days go by.
