Intex has released a new budget Android smartphone in the Indian market. Part of the company’s Aqua-series, the new Aqua V2 has been priced at INR 3,090 and can be purchased from brick and mortar stores as well as ebay India online in Black, Brown or White colour options.

The phone sports a 3.5-inch HVGA display, Android 4.4.2, 1GHz Spreadtrum SC7715 processor, 256MB of RAM and 512MB of internal storage. The phone also comes with microSD card slot, dual-SIM support, 1300 mAh battery, and 3G connectivity. In addition, Intex has included 2MP rear camera, VGA front shooter, Wi-Fi, FM Radio and Bluetooth. Intex has also pre-loaded Monster Truck, Opera Mini, Snapdeal and Olx apps on the phone.

At the given price-tag, the Intex Aqua V2 will be competing with the likes of Celkon Campus One, Karbonn A1 Plus Super, iBall 3.5F Grabit, Spice Smart Flo Mi-359 and Lava IRIS 310 Style phones.
