Intex launches Cloud Gem+ smartphone with 4-inch display at Rs 3,299

Close on the heels of launching the Cloud Jewel smartphone at Rs 5,999, Intex has now launched a 4-inch phone called the Cloud Gem+ at Rs 3,299. The phone will be selling exclusively on Snapdeal.

Intex Cloud Gem+ comes with a dual-SIM configuration and has a 4-inch 480×800 pixel resolution. The phone is powered by the quad-core MediaTek MT6580M chipset with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor which is paired with 512MB DDR2 RAM.

The phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It comes with 4GB storage of which less than 1GB is available for the users but it lets you expand the storage to 32GB.

On the camera front, you get a 2MP rear camera with LED flash and a front-facing 2MP camera. In terms of connectivity you get 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-fi 802.11n, FM radio and so on. There is a 1400mAh battery powering the device.
Earlier this week, Intex also announced the Cloud Jewel which will be available for Rs 5,999 in India. The device will be exclusively available via Snapdeal starting 28 March.

In terms of specifications, the smartphone features a 5-inch HD IPS display with a 720 x 1280 resolution along with a pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek processor paired with 2GB RAM. It includes an internal storage of 16GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card.
