Intex has launched a new smartphone under its Aqua series, called the Intex Aqua 3G Pro Q. Price at Rs 2,999, the Aqua 3G Pro Q comes in three colors – metal grey, white and champagne. The smartphone is currently listed on the company’s website and is expected to go on sale soon.

Intex Aqua 3G Pro Q specifications and features:

The Intex Aqua 3G Pro Q features a 4-inch (400×800 pixels) display. Under the hood, it runs a 1.2GHz quad-core Speadtrum processor. The smartphone has RAM of 512MB, comes with 4GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB via an SD card.

On the photography front, the smartphone features a 2-megapixel camera on the rear end and a VGA camera on the front. It is powered by a 1300mAh Li-ion battery promising talktime up to 5.5 hours and it runs on Android Lollipop. Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 3G, and Bluetooth. The Intex Aqua 3G Pro comes pre-loaded with apps like Matrabhasha and Opera Mini.

The smartphone seems to be another variant of the Intex Aqua 3G Pro, which was launched last year in June. The Aqua 3G Pro was priced at Rs 3,666. The Aqua 3G Pro offers similar specifications of the Aqua 3G Pro Q except for a bigger battery at 1,400mAh. Based on its price and specifications, the Intex Aqua 3G Pro Q can will take on other popular entry-level smartphones like the Reliance Digital LYF Flame 5 , Phicomm Clue 630 and Micromax Canvas Spark 2 .
