Inputs Required in setting up a broadband service

Hi Friendz...

I am planning to start a broadband service in a remote village but i dont know the procedure how to start and from where to start, can someone explain the process and steps involved in it

Thinking to use RF antennas as signal carriers is this ok.

Please provide me inputs.

I am requesting info as there are so many experts participate here.

Internet can work via satellite dish, in remote areas,
Where cables n telephone lines cannot be connected.
but the internet providers in India must be approached
Because u will have to use their network.
I have heard that in Australia , network providers allow
their network signals via their network satellites, to use special
Satellite dishes unto their roof to get internet signals.
But it is very costly.
