When Comparing Vellore,Ramnad Is Situated Near To Equator .I Guess It Could Be The Reason

Also Ramnad Is The Driest District In TN:'(

1GW = 1000MW
 
This record will be broken by a bigger margin in 2022 when Adani Power in partnership with Rajasthan govt will set up a 10,000 MW solar power plant in Rajasthan. MoU has already been signed. In 2022 it will become operational
