Breaking India planning to build 1000 Charging Stations for EVs

Indian government is planning to set up about 1000 Electric Vehicle charging stations in major cities. In these stations, 6000 chargers will be installed which means at least six chargers will be available per charging station.

Out of these six chargers, four chargers would be fast chargers while other two chargers will be slow or moderate speeds. The charger connectors allowed will have minimum power output between 22 to 50 KW.

As much as I don't like government's policies. This is really applaudable. We strictly need to convert to electric vehicles. Just look at the rising temperatures. In future I hope they will do something to tackle water crisis.
