Seeking Help If i place Sub-Boffer below SonyLED TV, can it affected by magnetic interferences.

If i place Sub-Boffer (Creative Brand) below SonyLED TV in iron rack with DVD Player,,TV is wall mounted, can it (TV) affected by magnetic interferences.

LED/LCD TVs are not affected by Speaker Magnet.
(Old type CRT TVs are affected)
Best position for keeping Subwoofer is in the Floor, better in Corner of room, about 10 cm gap between wall

they all are working fine

Keep your subwoofer, left side of the TV, bro. And the branded woofers are built as magnetic shield. So don't to be feared.
