It is written on pack that your phone must support "Video over USB-C" to use this cable. This is my phone: Motorola Moto G6 - Full phone specifications Unfortunately, the phone doesn't have "Video over USB-C" Feature.

This can be useful in situation where there is no Wi-Fi. For wireless casting, there needs to be Wi-Fi. Phone and TV will need to be connected to same Wi-Fi network.
