Seeking Help If a number is blocked, does it gets forwarded if I active call forwarding when unreachable?

If I block any number. Does it gets forwarded if I active call forwarding when unreachable?

Supposedly, my phone is switched off. If I forward my calls to a different handset. Calls will still be coming from the blocked number on the forwarded number which is in different phone?

Call blocking is device feature, it just disconnects the call so if your phone is powered off then blocking won't work. While call forwarding is at Network level and it will continue to work so yes blocked calls would also be forwarded if phone is off.
