The International Cricket Council (ICC) has banned Bangladesh captain Shakib Al Hasan from all cricket for two years, with one year of that suspended, after he accepted three charges of breaching the ICC Anti-Corruption Code. Subject to him satisfying the conditions in respect of the suspended part of the sanction, he will be free to resume international cricket on 29 October 2020.

can he play ipl, bbl, big bash ?? or all ban with club matches also !!
He cannot associate with anything that will ultimately link to ICC.
In simple words, he cannot even play in a club affiliated to a district cricket association.
But he could technically play in the T10 tournament I think, as it is unofficial, including the format.
