I think change of captaincy needed

The Golden days are gone when Flower brothers were there. Even there was Henry Olonga, Heath Streak, Paul & Brian Strang was there. Even Tatenda Taibu quit & decided time spend more time at Church. Even Brendan Taylor took the Colepak deal & refused to play for Zimbabwe any more after WC 2015. His heroics brought victory against U.A.E. & close to win against India & Pakistan.

I think current captain Elton Chigumbura needs to be changed. He is not so aggressive. In fact their Vice Captain Sikander Raza Butt is a better option. The only T-20 which Sikander Raza Butt captained his team they beat India. :shy

Another reason for their failure may be Prosper Utseya getting banned from bowling spin. :angry

But I think Donald Tiripano & John Nyumbu are finds in their bowling.

Brian Vitori also bowls well. But they need to fire as an unit.

Chamu Chibhabha is their best batsman as on date apart from Craig Ervine.

I think replacing Elton Chigumbura by Sikander Raza Butt as captain in all 3 formats will be a good option. What say friends ?

I can see shades of Brendan Taylor in Sikander Raza Butt.

Both r doing well..

Problem is every recognized white player like to move abroad ; eg. Brendon Taylor recently :dodgy

Zimbabwe cricket is not encouraging White players at all..:s
