Seeking Help I got AirFiber STB on my JioFiber connection. Will it work fine?

I recently got a new JioFiber connection the router they provided is JCOW411 and the set top model is JioSTB-JMSB200Av2. I want to know if they have provided me a correct model or not. As far as I know the model they provided me comes only with airfiber connection. So should I talk to CC for replacement or should I keep using it.

From the model details, I can confirm the router is for JioFiber and STB is for Jio AirFiber. We have more members in the forum getting such mixture combinations and using them without any issue.

You can also use it without any problem. JioFiber and Jio AirFiber STBs are functionality wise identical.

As long as the experience is good, we can not and should not complain and even if we complain, they...

Thank You for your answer I was worried. I did not face any issues till now, according to my experience this set top box has better performance it boots up faster as compared to the model we get with fiber connection.
I will keep this box then.

Yes, faster booting and better performance is expected considering it was manufactured later compared to the JioFiber STB. 👌
