Only text based in classic Photoscape. Not sure about the new one.

Thanks Dilip for suggesting the software, i have installed the PhotoScape X app from Windows store (link: https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9NBLGGH4TWWG) and it has image based watermarking as well.
