Seeking Help How To Reduce Background Loud Music From Sony Bravia On Movies

Hello guyz, Can someone help me. How to reduce loud background music from a movie on Sony Bravia TV. Its very difficult to understand Dialogues during a movie due to these loud irritating background sound. I have to keep remote in my hand during a movie to control its volume in every 2-3 minutes.
Im not using any sound bar.
I tried every sound settings but no result.
Should I use sound bar to reduce these background loud sounds/music??.
Please help....

Can you try changing the pass through mode to PCM?

Also if you have an option such as Dialogue enhancer, try turning it on.

Also you can select Stereo Sound instead of Dolby Atmos/Audio, If there is an option like in Jio Cinema app

Thanks for the reply bro. PCM mode is already ON also dialogue enhancer is set at MAX bro.

Is this happening across all the apps or specific apps? Can you post screenshots of your audio settings on the TV?
