I think it's not possible. Btw you can download those videos from YouTube

Hotstar App is not available outside of India has I can't find it in Google play store of UAE plus even after I downloaded Apk of Hotstar and then side loaded it to my android phone but still I can't play any content from it has it stops after some buffereing and says this video is not available in your region
