Seeking Help How to connect to customer care in airtel?

I have been trying to connect to Airtel customer care to report a data problem but both 121 and 198 doesn't connect with agent.

Tried chat bot and no help. Tried twitter DM and no response.

How to connect to customer care agent?

Bro,if u send/generate port code means, they will call u again & again, even they will ask what issues ur facing, they will try to resolve ur issue asap, that's why @Ashok Varma bro, given this idea
