how to chek camera is real 8 mp or not

Hi dear frnd ,:hello
my frnd have a phone with 8 mp back camera bt when he take pictures it dosen't look like a real 8 MP means pic is not so clear camera seems 5Mp:dodgy:-/
so is there any way to check reality of camera:tup

5MP/8MP/13MP is a mere number...The camera quality not only depends on the MP but also the lens and the sensor...

Anyhow, Check the camera settings to find the MP in which it takes the slots... Also after taking a snap, check the resolution of that image.. Usually a 8MP image will have 3264X2448 resolution (or something close to that)...

Have you heard about CMOS or CCD... if those words sound alien to you, then google for Cameras and Image Sensors used in cameras...
