Seeking Help How to bypass JIO 5G throttling?

When I use internet on PC connected to android phone hotspot my speed get throttled and I get only 10% of 5G speed on mobile browser

1. On `Android phone` => 300mbps (actual)
2. On `PC` connected to `WIFI hotspot` running on Android phone => 30mbps (throttled)
3. `USB tethering` Android phone to `PC` => 30mbps (throttled)
4. TP-Link type c `LAN adapter` connection from `Android` to `PC` => 0.3mbps (throttled)
5. Hotspot to VPN on PC => 30mbps (they dont do double throttle on vpn)

I wonder how to get mobile kind of 5G speed on my client device? how to bypass JIO 5G throttling?

PS: so far JIO 5G is best among all other things I have tried

UPDATE

I decided, let them throttle it, I will use it in 30mbps speed,

I kept my mobile always on in hotspot mode,

After 12 hours passed

again they throttled to half which is 15mbps now
