I don't know how much a used laptop would cost. But, based on specs, IMO these laptops aren't worth 15K. Both seems to come with a second gen processor. With only 4GB RAM included and no SSD, Windows 10 will run slower on these devices. If you are not planning to upgrade RAM or SSD, you should run Linux on these for better performance.

Agree. This is not worth 15K.

Recently I sold my laptop i5- 3rd Gen 4GB RAM 512 GB HDD+16GB SSD @6K.
